With a background in commercial music, live production, and ministry leadership, I bring a mix of hands-on technical skill and insight into how teams actually function. I’ve led full system upgrades, trained volunteers from the ground up, and mixed everything from live recordings to podcasts. My time as a tech lead at William Jessup University and later as Worship and Creative Arts Director at Summit Church Merced shaped the way I approach both people and production.
